Item (Monthly Maintenance)
Export smart cooling product logs,
alarms, temperature, and humidity, as
well as the operating status and time of
the compressor, fan, spray system, and
spray pump from the monitoring system.
View the historical alarms generated in
this quarter and select the most common
five ones. (If no monitoring system is
available, skip this item.)
There is no foreign matter or dirt in the
water tank.
Item (Quarterly Maintenance)
Use a high-precision humidity and
temperature sensor to calibrate the
humidity and temperature sensors
inside and outside the cabinet.
The heat exchanger fins are not
pushed down.
Check that the welding spots and
needle valves do not leak using soapy
water, or check that they are free from
oil stains.
Enter the diagnosis mode, start the
exhaust fan and air supply fan, and
check whether the fan runs properly

Troubleshooting
Rectify the fault or contact
Huawei technical support.
After the equipment is shut down,
slowly mix the dirt and water
using a tool such as a broom.
Enter the diagnostic mode and
open the drainage valve to drain
water. If there is too much dirt,
you can open the water inlet valve
in diagnostic mode to inject water
or inject water from the outside to
the water pan for cleaning several
times.
Troubleshooting
If the temperature deviation is
greater than 1° C or humidity
deviation is greater than 5%, the
T/H sensor must be calibrated or
replaced.
Use a fin brush to organize the fins
that are pushed down.
If leaking points are found, retrieve
the refrigerant and weld the leaking
points again. For details, contact
Huawei technical support.
Replace the fan.
