Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the controller
home screen.
Step 2 Open the door of the electric control box.
Step 3 Remove the cables routed from the top and bottom to the faulty switch using a Phillips
screwdriver.
Step 4 Remove the end fastener near the faulty switch on the guide rail, push the faulty switch
upward and pull it outward to remove the faulty switch.
Step 5 Clamp the buckle at the lower part of the new switch to the guide rail, and push the switch
upward and press it inward to install it properly.
Step 6 Install the end fastener and reconnect the cables to the switch.
Step 7 Close the door of the electric control box.
Step 8 Power on the device and tap Startup on the home screen. Ensure that the device is running
normally without any alarms.

6.5.9 Replacing the Contactor

Prerequisites



Procedure
Step 1 On the controller home screen, tap Shutdown, and turn off the device switch in the PDC.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the controller
home screen.
Step 2 Open the door of the electric control box.
Step 3 Remove the cables from the faulty contactor, remove the end fastener from the end of the
faulty contactor on the guide rail, unclamp the buckle of the contactor, and remove the
contactor.
Step 4 Install a new contactor and reconnect the cable.
Step 5 Close the door of the electric control box.
Step 6 Power on the device and tap Startup on the home screen. Ensure that the device is running
normally without any alarms.
