Keep away from device when preparing cables to prevent cable scraps (such as iron chips,
copper wires, and aluminum chips) from entering the device. Cable scraps may cause
ignition during power-on and result in personal injury and device damage.
After installing cables, clean up the sundries inside the device, electric control box, copper
cable, and other positions. Ensure that there is no dust or scraps inside and around the
device and electric control box.

The power supply of the NetCol8000 is consistent with the voltage, phase quantity, and
frequency on the NetCol8000 nameplate. The NetCol8000 operating voltage cannot
exceed the rated value ± 10%, and the inter-phase imbalance voltage cannot exceed 2%.
Connect power terminals in the phase sequence of L1, L2, and L3. Check whether the
phase sequence is correct using a phaser or other devices. In addition, you need to
connect one ground cable.
Connect the fan motor to the power supply with an overload protection device.
Perform electrical tests before startup to check whether safety requirements are met.
See the electrical diagram provided with the NetCol8000. The terminal ports of
peripheral devices in the NetCol8000 are usually short-circuited before delivery. You
need to remove the short-circuit cables and connect the terminals to related devices
according to the electrical diagram.
