3.3 (Optional) Concrete Platform Scenario

Prerequisites
The evenness of concrete platforms is critical to equipment installation. Ensure that the height
(altitude) difference of all platforms does not exceed 5 mm.

 The cables are routed over a ladder or bracket in a single layer (E or F in IEC60364-5-523). The
distance between the cable and the cable is twice the diameter of the cable.
 The ambient temperature is 30° C.
 The AC voltage loss is less than 3%, and the DC voltage loss is less than 1%.
 Single- or multi-core 90° C soft power cables with copper conductors are used.
 It is recommended that AC power cables be no longer than 30 m.

Precautions
Ensure that the crane and steel ropes provide the required bearing
capacity.
The doors of NetCol8000-Es to be hoisted are closed.
Ensure that the steel ropes are securely connected.
Ensure that the weather condition is good without wind when
NetCol8000-Es need to be hoisted outdoors.
