Type
The fan is
rotating
slowly.
Issue 02 (2019-10-10)
Possible Cause
Open phase
The voltage is less than
the lower threshold or
greater than the upper
threshold.
A short circuit exists
between the fan and the
ground.
The coil is short-circuited
or the motor is burnt.
The overtemperature
protection function of the
motor is triggered (the
motor is overheated).
The fan blade is blocked
or dirty.
The temperature is too
low for the lubricating
grease of the bearing.
The airflow direction is
incorrect (the direction of
the motor is opposite to
that of the high-speed
airflow).
The fan does not rotate.
Fan blade
friction/collision
The active temperature
management function is
enabled (when the motor
or electronic system is
overheated).

Solution
Check the power cable and voltage of the
motor.
Replace the fan. If there is a beam for hoisting
the fan in the air exhaust section, before
removing the fan, use a hook to hook the fan to
the beam to prevent the fan from falling.
Check whether the air circulation is normal.
Clear foreign matters if necessary.
The fan blade is blocked or dirty.
Check the air inlet temperature.
Check the voltage.
Power off the motor and prevent it from being
connected again.
Check whether the motor is powered off.
Remove the protective grille.
Clear foreign matters or contaminants.
Reinstall the protective grille.
Install the bearing with low-temperature
lubricating grease.
Check the airflow direction (rotation caused by
airflow reversal).
Clear foreign matters or dirt in the fan if
necessary.
Check whether the air circulation is normal.
Clear foreign matters if necessary.
The fan blade is blocked or polluted.
Check the air inlet temperature.
Check the installation space (wind speed on the
