Step 4 Loosen the screws that secure the liquid level switch using a solid wrench and remove the
float.
Step 5 Install the new float and properly connect its terminals.
Step 6 Power on the device and tap Startup on the home screen. Ensure that the device is running
normally without any alarms.
Step 7 Close the no.2nd maintenance door.

6.5.7 Replacing the Pump

Prerequisites



Before replacing the water pump, drain water from the water pan completely.
Procedure
Step 1 On the controller home screen, tap Shutdown, and turn off the device switch in the PDC.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the controller
home screen.
Step 2 Open the no.2nd maintenance door and disconnect the terminal of the water pump power
cable.
Step 3 Remove the water pump.

The pump needs to be replaced.
A spare humidifier pump of the same model is available and functional.
Tools: flat-head screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, socket wrench
Remove the inlet and outlet pipes of the water pump.
