Step 4 Install a new spray pump on the device, install the flange assembly at the inlet and outlet of
the water pump, and close the maintenance door.
Step 5 After powering on the device, choose Maintenance > Performance Maintenance on the
home screen to clear the running time of the spray pump.
Step 6 Tap Startup on the home screen. Ensure that the device is running normally without any
alarms.

6.5.8 Replacing the Switch

Prerequisites



Procedure
Step 1 On the controller home screen, tap Shutdown, and turn off the device switch in the PDC.

Remove the fastener from the water pump using a socket wrench, and pull out the spray
pump.
The switch needs to be replaced.
A spare switch is available and functional.
