If the "Original sequence" checkbox is activated, sorting is switched off.
In the default configuration, the function can also be retrieved using menu func‐
tion Edit ▶ Sorting tool list.
Dynamic updating of the sorting order is executed in the list display
after value modification. To accomplish this, the sorting dialog box
has to be retrieved again.
During a tool (list) export, a selection box allows the user to select between the
following export functions:

exporting a single data set,
●
exporting the entire database table,
●
exporting the currently shown list,
●
exporting a self-defined selection of sectors.

After a file name has been entered in the file selection dialog box, an XML file
is written to the NC file system (for example, a mount directory would be a good
idea).
In the default configuration, the function can also be retrieved using menu func‐
tion Edit ▶ Export list.
The "Import tool" function permits a single tool data set to be imported. This
data set can be deleted from the tool file found in the file selection dialog box.
If this file was created using export operating mode "Export single data set", the
selection list naturally contains only one data set.
