All of the functions of the MTX user interface are divided into 8 task-oriented
operating modes.
There are specific applications within these operating modes.
Each application is assigned to precisely one operating mode. This assignment
can be changed via configuration (see MTX documentation "Startup").
Each operating mode has a start application that cannot be terminated.
The operating mode "Machine" is active whenever the control system is switch‐
ed on.
