If the thread table form appears without "Copy" keys, all relevant
thread dimensions in the calling dialog will be entered at the corre‐
sponding positions using the "OK" key.
Finding the information on a standardized thread that is listed in the table:
1.
Select the thread type in the upper combo box.
2.
Select the thread size in the upper combo box.
3.
Take the desired dimensions from the boxes located below. The "--" dis‐
play means that the information concerned is not available in the table.
If a thread is not contained in the table, proceed as follows:
1.
Select the thread type in the upper combo box.
2.
Enter the nominal/external diameter. Here, expressions are allowed (see
Syntax for
Expressions).
3.
Enter the pitch. Expressions are allowed.
4.
Take the desired dimensions from the boxes located below. The "--" dis‐
play means that the information concerned is not available in the table
and/or that the information cannot be calculated from the thread dimen‐
sions.
Errors are caused in the entry of values and/or expressions. The following cau‐
ses can be considered:
