If communication with the control is interrupted, diagnostics messages cannot
be displayed. For example, this may happen if the connection cable has been
removed. If communication is interrupted, the display of diagnostics messages
is cleared. Once connection has been re-established, the display is automati‐
cally updated.
The log book is embedded in the diagnostics screen. After having called up the
diagnostics screen with <OP9>, press the F6 key to toggle the "Diagnostics"
and "Log book" screens.
The current state is shown on the F-panel:

"Log book F6" -> diagnostics is activated. Switch to log book screen using
<F6>.
●
"Diagnostics F6" -> the log book is activated. Switch to diagnostics using
<F6>.
