The lists created are stored in the active project: "...\project name\visualization
name\user\config\VarParLists".
The Open, Save and Delete dialogs are for file management. The Open dialog
is shown in the picture; the Save As and Delete dialogs are structured in the
same way.

The lists created can be exported from the active project into the file system of
the PC and from the file system into the active project.
