9.2 Starting Diagnostics

This section describes how to use the CC-Link IE Field Network diagnostics.
(1) Procedure
1) Connect GX Works2 to the CPU module.
If a slave station cannot be monitored due to an error such as cable disconnection,
directly connect the supported programming tool to the slave station.
2) Start the CC-Link IE Field Network diagnostics from the menu.

POINT
• When another station has been specified as a connected station
The CC-Link IE Field Network diagnostics cannot be started when another station
has been specified in "Other Station Setting" of the "Transfer Setup" window.
Directly connect the supported programming tool to the slave station to be
diagnosed, and start the CC-Link IE Field Network diagnostics.
• Starting diagnostics from the "System Monitor" window
The CC-Link IE Field Network diagnostics can also be started from the "System
Monitor" window.
Click the Simple Motion module.
