Data link status is checked using the CC-Link IE Field Network diagnostics as well as
link special relays (SBs) and link special registers (SWs). (Refer to Chapter 9.)

Checking the data link status (other stations)
1) Link scan time can be checked using SW005A, SW005B, "[Md.134] Operation
time", and "[Md.135] Maximum operation time".
2) If an error occurs in data link, one of the following link special relays (SBs)
turns on.
• Baton pass status (each station) (SB00A0)
• Baton pass status (master station) (SB00A1)
• Data link status (each station) (SB00B0)
• Data link status (master station) (SB00B1)
3) When Baton pass status (each station) (SB00A0) turns on, the station number
where an error has occurred is stored in Baton pass status (each station)
(SW00A0 to SW00A7).
When Data link status (each station) (SB00B0) turns on, the station number
where an error has occurred is stored in Data link status (each station)
(SW00B0 to SW00B7).
Details on the causes of error can be checked using link special relays (SBs) and
link special registers (SWs) corresponding to the station number where the error
has occurred. (Refer to Section 11.3 (2) (b).)
Description
REMARK
If the master station is powered on before slave stations, data link may be
reconfigured. During the reconfiguration (maximum 13 seconds), an error is
detected using SB00B0.
