Check 1 (A) Verify that the 115/230V selection switch (located in back of the power
supply unit behind the back cover) is set to the correct position. (B) Connect AC
power to the computer. (C) Measure to determine if the correct voltages are
present at pins 14 and 9 of the P1 connector  reference ground using pin 15.
If 5VDC exists at pins 14 and 9, perform Procedure 2. If 5VDC does not exist at
pins 14 and 9, perform Check 2.
Check 2 (A) Replace the power supply (refer to section 4.3.). (B) Perform Check 1.
