5.5 Milling
Circular
spigot
Parameters
T, D, F, S, V See Sec. "Creating program blocks".
Position Select from 6 different positions:
Clamp/release spindle (for End face Y/Peripheral surface Y only)
The function must be set up by the machine manufacturer.

Single pos. Mill circular spigot at the programmed position (X0, Y0, Z0, L0, C0, CP).
Pos. pattern Mill several circular spigots in a positioning pattern (e.g. full circle or matrix).
Single position End face/End face C:
The reference point is always the center point of the circular spigot.
X0 Reference point in X direction (abs.)
Y0 Reference point in Y direction (abs.)
L0 Reference point on longitudinal polar axis (alternative to X0)
C0 Reference point on angular polar axis (alternative to Y0)
Z0 Reference point in Z direction (abs.)
Z1 Spigot depth based on Z0 (abs or inc) – (only for roughing and finishing)
DZ Maximum depth infeed (Z direction) – (for roughing and finishing only)
UXY Finishing allowance in the plane (spigot edge) – (for roughing and finishing only)
UZ Finishing allowance in depth (spigot base) – (for roughing and finishing only)
