10.5.4 Data matching

As a result of HDD deterioration over time or another reason, defective blocks are generated that might cause some
data on the HDD to become unreadable. Potential failures in the rebuilding process when recovering the system
from degradation can be reduced by regularly performing HDD matching (HDD data consistency checks). Use the
software RAID utility to perform HDD matching. Perform HDD matching by referring to 10.6.5 Consistency check
feature.
