4-6-4 Marking trigger input: Continuous trigger

„ Without "allow to stop halfway" setting
When the trigger mode is set to "continuous trigger" in the file settings, lasing operation is repeated while TRIGGER IN
(X5) is on. Without "allow to stop halfway" setting if TRIGGER IN turns OFF when the lasing operation is running, the lasing
operation is terminated after finishing the running operation.

*1 : If TRIGGER IN (X5) is still ON at the completion of the lasing operation, the lasing operation starts again.
*2 : If TRIGGER IN (X5) turns OFF when the lasing operation is running, the lasing operation is terminated after finishing
the running operation.

Remarks
Keep the ON status for the duration of repeating the lasing operation.
When the trigger delay time is set in the selected file, trigger processing (lasing) operation
starts after the delay time.
When the scanning interval is set, the next lasing operation starts after a lapse of the
setting period.
This is the output to notify that the marking trigger processing completed normally. This
is One-shot output. Set the output time on the system settings screen. There is a small
margin of error for the setting value.
It outputs a warning to notify that an invalid trigger was input when TRIGGER IN (X5) was
input during trigger processing. This is One-shot output. You can turn this warning off by
the settings.
Time for marking data creation. It varies depending on the quantity of the setting data. This
time is required at every marking.
If the trigger processing was stopped by an alarm or a warning, PROCESSING FAIL OUT
(Y12) turns on during the one-shot output period. PROCESSING END OUT (Y11) will not
be output at this time.
