Disconnect the two connectors of the contactor. (See below figure.)
• Before the maintenance work, always discharge the static electricity by touching the grounded metal objects, etc. Static
electricity can damage electrical components inside controller.
• Do not touch any other devices on the circuit board.

If the cables to the contactor are fixed to the controller with the cable ties, cut the cable tie with a diagonal cutter for
plastics.
At a maximum, 4 cable ties are used. The number of the cable ties differs depending on the production date.
WARNING
• Do not touch any other devices on the
circuit board.
• Do not cut or damage the cables when
you cut the cable tie.
5.
Loosen the two bolts of the contactor with M4 hexagonal
wrench and remove the contactor unit from the controller.
6.
Install the new contactor unit. Insert the bolt to the washer
and tighten the bolts (two positions) with M4 hexagonal
wrench to fix the contactor unit to the controller.
Tightening torque: 1.0 N·m
• Be careful not to let the cable get caught while installing.
• To the optional contactor unit, the cables are already connected at the delivery state.
• Wear the protection goggles to cut the cable tie. The cutting piece may fly and
hurt your eyes.
