„ Procedure for fiber unit detaching
1.
Use a hexagon wrench to loose the 4 locking screws on the fiber unit. Handhold the fiber unit and remove it from the
head.
• Do not remove the screws other than the specified ones. It may cause failure.
• Not to break the screw head, use the end-rounded tightening tool and insert it to the screw head as straight as possible.
2.
Attach a clean plastic bag to the fiber unit as a protection cover.
• Make sure that no foreign matter such as fingerprint or dust is attached to the lens of the fiber unit. It may cause
decrease in laser marking quality or a failure.
3.
Install the scanner unit protection cover with 4 screws by using a hexagon
wrench.
Tightening torque: 0.7N·m to 1.3N·m
• Attach the protection cover always when the fiber unit is detached from the
scanner unit.
• The protection cover is a temporary item and shows no water resistance.
