INTERLOCK 1 MONITOR (Y16 - Y17) monitors the contact status of INTERLOCK 1 (X16 - X17). INTERLOCK
2 MONITOR (Y18 - Y19) monitors the contact status of INTERLOCK 2 (X18 - X19). For details, refer to "4-4-3
Interlock terminal rating and I/O circuit" (P.100).
State of INTERLOCK terminals
X16 - X17: OPEN
X16 - X17: CLOSE (Short-circuited)
X18 - X19: OPEN
X18 - X19: CLOSE (Short-circuited)
Interlock monitor is switched open and closed with a delay of approx. 50ms with reference to each interlock
input as shown below.

Y20 LASER SUPPLY OUT
Output ON during LASER SUPPLY IN (X6) is ON including the preparing time of the laser pumping.
To show the on/off state of the laser supply by using the external warning light or other indicator, connect this
terminal to them.
• Use LASER STANDBY OUT (Y6) for the confirmation of laser pumping completion.
*1 : Set the output time of the one-shot output on the system settings screen of Laser Marker NAVI smart. The setting
range is 2 to 510ms. The initial setting value is 40ms. One-shot output time has a small margin of error for the setting
value.
