„ Settings of PV230/PV200 for position correction
When PV230/PV200 is used for position correction, set the following items:
1.
In PV230/PV200 setting software, select "Type" - "Type
Setting" - "Camera" - "Calibration" and set the following
items.
• Calibration: Available
• Method: Base X points
2.
Mark the calibration marks with the laser marker and register
their coordinates (mm) to the global coordinates of PV230/
PV200.
• The calibration is necessary to convert the coordinates (pixel) of
PV230/PV200 to the X-/Y-coordinates (mm) of the laser marker.
• After the calibration, confirm that in PV230/PV200 the CCW
direction of the θ-correction is on the positive (+) side.
3.
Set one of the followings to detect the correction value of the position for the laser marking.
• "Inspection" - "Position Adjustment"
• "Inspection" - "Checker" - Set "Smart edge (Line)", "Smart matching", or other checker that includes the angle value.
4.
Select "Inspection" - "Numerical Calculation". Set the
coordinates in the order of X, Y, theta in the expression
table, that you want to send to the laser marker for the
positional correction. Then, set "Yes" to "Output" of each
expression.
• The results of the numerical calculation should output to the laser marker in the order of X, Y, and theta.
• The rotation center of PV230/PV200 corresponds to the center of the marking field of the laser marker. (When X- and
Y-movement in the file settings of the laser marker are set to 0mm.)
• The correction value of theta, X-and Y-position by PV230/PV200 are added respectively to the rotation movement, X-
and Y-movement in the file settings of the laser marker.
• The laser marker corrects the theta-coordinate with the rotation origin of the center of the marking field first. Then, X-/
Y-coordinates are corrected.
5.
Select "Inspection" - "Judgement" and set "JDC (External)"
to "Type".
6.
Set the result of the checker for the positional correction in
the expression table.
7.
Select "Set" of Condition, and set "JDC" to Condition and
specify "Checker No." of Total Judgement.
