(For the upflow units) Connect a nitrogen cylinder to the drainage needle
valve 1 of the heat exchanger, set the intake pressure to 0.5 MPa, and blow
nitrogen into the valve for 10 minutes so that the water flows out of the
drainage needle valve 2. Then connect the nitrogen cylinder to the drainage
needle valve 2 of the heat exchanger, set the intake pressure to 0.5 MPa, and
blow nitrogen into the valve for 10 minutes, so that the water flows out of
the drainage needle valve 1.
(For the downflow units) Connect a nitrogen cylinder to the drainage needle
valve 1 and 2 of the heat exchanger, set the intake pressure to 0.5 MPa, and
blow nitrogen into the valve for 10 minutes so that the water flows out of the
drainage needle valve 3 and 4. Then connect the nitrogen cylinder to the
drainage needle valves 3 and 4 of the heat exchanger, set the intake pressure
to 0.5 MPa, and blow nitrogen into the valve for 10 minutes, so that the
water flows out of the drainage needle valve 1 and 2.
NO TE
● A rubber hose is required when high-pressure nitrogen is connected to a needle valve.
● When using high-pressure nitrogen to drain water, prevent the remaining water in the
water pan from splashing.
