3.6.6 (Optional) Installing a Gravity Damper (Only for an
Upflow Unit)
If the unit needs to be completely isolated from air flow ducts when it is shut
down, use air dampers.
Secure the gravity damper to the top of the unit using M5x10 tapping screws. For
details, see the documents delivered with the gravity damper.

Downflow Unit)

Procedure
Step 1 Secure air dampers to the beams on the top of the unit using M5x10 tapping
screws available in the fitting bag.
Step 2 Connect the air damper cable according to the figure.

The cable colors and terminal names in the figure are for reference only.
Use motorized dampers if the unit needs to be completely isolated from air
flow ducts when it is shut down.
Before installing motorized dampers, ensure that the door panels and side
panels of the unit are properly installed.
Independent installation (applicable to the NetCol8000-C070D/NetCol8000-
C130D): The air damper actuator is located on the left side.
