Step 3 (Only applicable to downflow units) Install the fan maintenance baffle plate at
the front door.

3.4.4 Securing Equipment

● Shock absorption bars, made of EPDM rubber and 5 mm thick, are attached to
the base top. Cut the shock absorption bars based on the actual base
dimensions.
● For a single-door unit and double-door unit, tighten only the four screws at
both sides.
● For a triple-door unit, six screws need to be tightened. Tighten the four screws
at both ends of the unit and the screws (diagonal) in the middle.
Issue 09 (2022-12-15)
Secure the base to the ground using six M12 expansion bolts.
Move the equipment onto the base. Secure the equipment to the base using
six bolts. Attach shock absorption bars between the base and the equipment.
