Creation of a project in GR-TIEMS
(i)
If the user does not have a project, a new one has to be created in the GR-TIEMS.
Figure 11.4-15 shows how to open it or create a new one. Figure 11.4-16 illustrates
new IED has been added on the project tree.
If the user had a project in the GR-TIMES, Open it by "Open menu".
