12.7 Viewing Help on the User Interface

The endpoint user interface includes context-sensitive help and operation guide.
Context-sensitive help includes status icons and configuration verification messages that are
displayed in context on the user interface web pages. For example, if certain settings on the
system settings screen are incorrect, a message will be displayed to indicate where the error
exists and how to rectify the error.
The operation guide describes how to operate the user interface. When you are using the TE30
and the provided user guide is not available, you can press
on the user interface.

− Serial number of your TE30 (To view the serial number, choose Advanced
Settings > Diagnostics > System Information > Version.)
− Software version (To view the version, choose Advanced Settings > Diagnostics >
System Information > Version.)
− Network information (To view the information, choose Advanced Settings >
Diagnostics > Status > Line Status.)
− Diagnostic and troubleshooting measures that have been taken
