Upgrading One TE30
You can upgrade a single TE30 using the upgrade program installed on a computer.
Procedure
Step 1 Power on the computer and the TE30.
Step 2 Extract the compressed software upgrade package on the computer.
Step 3 Run UpgMaster.exe to display the window shown in
Figure 13-1 Upgrading the TE30 locally
Step 4 Click Browser and select the Telepresence.dat file.
Step 5 Enter your TE30 IP address, such as 10.10.10.10.
Step 6 Click Upgrade.
Step 7 In the displayed dialog box, enter the upgrade password and click OK.

Upgrading Multiple TE30s at a Time
You can upgrade multiple TE30s using the upgrade program installed on a computer.
Procedure
Step 1 Power on the computer and the TE30.
Step 2 Extract the compressed software upgrade package on the computer.
Step 3 Run UpgMaster.exe to display the window shown in
Step 4 Click Browser and select the Telepresence.dat file.
Issue 01 (2013-03-27)
The computer is connected to the TE30 using a straight-through cable, crossover cable,
or switch.
If Reboot is selected during the upgrade, the TE30 will automatically restart after the upgrade.
