12 Troubleshooting
Solution
Telnet connection for 10 minutes,
the connection breaks
automatically. Wait 10 minutes or
longer to allow some Telnet
connections to break, before you
try to access the system by Telnet.
Solution
Power on the display.
Set the video channel correctly
using the remote control.
Retain the default values for video
parameters on the TE30 and
display.
Secure the video cable between
the TE30 and display.
Connect a display to the output
port of the remote controlled UI
and verify video settings on the
display.
Telnet to the TE30. If you fail to
operate the TE30, the endpoint is
malfunctioning. In this case,
restart the TE30. If the problem
persists, contact the local
distributor for maintenance.
Stop all local and remote loopback
tests.
