The following table covers problems that might arise with the Data Card.
Possible Cause
Unit power is already on. Card is
only recognized during power-up
sequence.
Card is full or not a supported type.
The card was removed while the
unit power on.
Card is full or not a supported type.
Failure on Control PCA.
Operational Problems
Corrective Action
Turn power off for 2 minutes, then
on again.
Use a new, empty M3510A/M5510A
Data Card.
Only remove card after power is
turned off. Delete corrupted files
using the Event Review Data Man-
agement System.
Use a new, empty M3510A/M5510A
Data Card.
Replace Control PCA.
