Maintenance)
Export smart cooling
product logs and alarms
as well as the operating
status and time of the fan,
electric heater, and wet
film humidifier from the
monitoring system. View
the historical alarms
generated in this quarter
and select the most
common five ones. (If no
monitoring system is
available, skip this item.)
Check that the electric
heater is fixed reliably.
Check that the electric
heater surfaces are not
eroded.
Check that the valve on
the water inlet pipe for
the wet film humidifier is
open.
When the NetCol8000-C is
on, choose Maint >
Diagnostic Mode > Enter
to start the wet film
humidifier.
Check that cables are not
aged.
Check that the pressure
inlet tube is not blocked or
over-bent.
Check that cables to the
differential pressure switch
are securely connected.
Check that the water
leakage sensor is securely
installed.

Troubleshooting
Rectify the fault or contact Huawei
technical support.
Retighten the electric heater and its
switch.
Replace the electric heater.
If no water is supplied, check the
cable connection or replace the
water inlet solenoid valve.
Replace cables if necessary.
Reinstall the pressure inlet tube.
Reconnect the cables.
Retighten the cables.
