Step 5 Remove the screw from the differential pressure switch cover and take out the
cable.
Step 6 Set the new differential pressure switch to 500 Pa for upflow, and set the new
differential pressure switch to 300 Pa for downflow, install a new differential
pressure switch by performing
(Downflow) Connect a pressure tube to the + mark on the differential pressure
switch and route the pressure tube to the top of the NetCol8000-C. (Upflow)
Connect the hose to the – mark on the pressure differential sensor.
Step 7 After powering on the device, tap Start on the LCD home screen, choose Settings
> Alarm Settings > Main Board, and check whether Air filter blocked is set to
Allow.
Step 8 Choose Maint > Diagnostic Mode > Enter and set Indoor fan to 100%.
Step 9 Block almost 100% air volume at the return air side using a plastic foam board or
baffle plate, and check whether the Air filter blocked alarm is generated. If the
alarm is generated, the differential pressure switch works properly. Then exit the
diagnostics mode.
