Procedure
Step 1 Secure the differential pressure sensor inside the cabinet using two M3 screws,
with the pressure inlet tube port facing downwards.

Step 2 Connect the shorter PU hose to the Lo (-) port above the differential pressure
sensor, and secure the hose to the air return side using cable ties. The pressure
tube through the reserved hole in the sheet metal on the side of the air filter.
(There should be two binding points adjacent to the pressure inlet. The distance
between the binding point closer to the pressure inlet and the pressure inlet
should not exceed 25 mm, and the distance between two binding points is within
20–30 mm), as shown by (1) in
Step 3 Connect the longer PU hose to the port without the Lo (-) silk screen under the
differential pressure sensor, and route the hose to the outside through the cable
hole at the bottom of the cabinet. (You are advised to bind the pressure inlet to
the base closest to the smart cooling product at 1/2 height of the raised floor
under the air supply vent, with hose end facing downwards. For details about
securing the PU hose, refer to the binding requirements in
(2) in
Issue 02 (2020-08-30)
After powering on the NetCol8000, choose Settings > System Settings >
Common Settings, and set Air-side difference pressure sensor type to
0~500Pa.
