3.3 Transportation and Unpacking

3.3.1 Removing the Packing

Prerequisites
To avoid damage during the transportation, remove the packing after the device is
moved most close to the installation position.
Procedure
Step 1 Visually inspect the outer packing for shipping damage. If any shipping damage is
founded, report it to the carrier immediately.
Step 2 Remove packing materials.
Step 3 Check that the fittings comply with the packing list. If some fittings are missing or
do not comply with the packing list, record the information and contact your local
Huawei immediately.

3.4 Installing the Equipment

3.4.1 Checking the Nitrogen Pressure

Context
The device has been injected with 0.2–0.6 MPa Nitrogen before delivery. Check the
nitrogen pressure for nitrogen leaks.

When transporting, the allowed tilting range is less than or equal to 15 degrees.
The cabinet exterior is in good condition and free of collision and scratch. If
any collision or scratch is founded, report it to the carrier immediately.
Check fitting kinds and quantities according to the fitting list. If any problem
is founded, connect Huawei technical support.
