9 TROUBLE SHOOTING
Symptom
Web server module
does not start up.
Module READY (X0)
does not turn on.
Logging data, user
HTML, etc. are
destroyed.
Symptom
When RCPU is the control
CPU for the Web server
module, 'Errors detected by
the access target CPU' (error
code: 4001h) occurs.
Tag collection error occurs.
Device test failed.
Tag component test failed.
The device numbers which
are specified for the Device
monitor function cannot be
monitored.
When setting the CPU
monitor in the event monitor
function setting, 'Errors
detected by the access target
CPU' (error code: 4001h)
occurs.
When performing the CPU
monitor function on the event
history monitor, a system
error occurs in the operation
status.

(11) Troubleshooting on file system
Check point
 A battery error has occurred.
(Refer to Section 4.10)
 During operation without battery, the
programmable controller CPU was
powered off with no shut-down operation
performed.
(Refer to Section 4.11)
 The battery was disconnected with no shut-
down operation performed.
(Refer to Section 4.12)
(12) Troubleshooting on RCPU
Check point
The Web server module whose first 5
digits of serial No. are 16071 or earlier
is not used.
Tag collection was not performed for
the devices of RCPU which do not
exist in QCPU or C Controller module.
Device test was not performed for the
devices of RCPU which do not exist in
QCPU or C Controller module.
Tag component test was not
performed for the devices of RCPU
which do not exist for QCPU or C
Controller module.
Monitoring is not attempted for the
devices of RCPU which do not exist in
QCPU or C Controller module.
RCPU is not set as the target of the
CPU monitor.
Corrective action
 When a battery error occurs, replace the
battery.
 Restore the data in the following procedure.
1) Return the Web server module to the
default status.
(Refer to Section 4.13)
2) Restore backup data.
(Refer to Section 6.10)
Corrective action
 Use the Web server module whose first 5
digits of serial No. are 16072 or later.
 Access the devices within range that can
be collected for QCPU or C Controller
module.
 RCPU cannot perform the CPU event
monitor.
