Brake Equipped Motor Restart Condition
Program Special Special Parameters
This parameter is used with synchronous motor applications only
and is not used with the Q9 Plus ASD.
Settings:
0 — No Wait Time for Frequencies Less Than 10 Hz
1 — No Wait Time for Frequencies Less Than 20 Hz
Select Operation When V/I is Disconnected
Program Terminal Input Special Functions
This parameter is used to select a system disposition in the event
of the loss of the V/I input signal.
The system will either trip, run the speed set at
or run at the F454 setting in the Direct mode.
Note: Preset Speed 14 must be configured to use the preset
speed selection.
Settings:
0 — Trip
1 — Preset Speed 14
2 — Direct Mode Setpoint
PTC Thermal Mode
Program Special Special Parameters
This parameter sets the ASD disposition in the event that the
PTC resistance exceeds the setting of parameter F646.
The RR input terminal becomes the PTC Thermal Input terminal
when Alarm or Trip is selected at this parameter.
This parameter setting overrides the Frequency Mode 1 and Fre-
quency Mode 2 settings.
Settings:
0 — Disable
1 — Enable (trip mode)
2 — Enable (alarm mode)
PTC Detection Resister Value

This parameter provides a user-set resistance threshold for the
thermal sensor that, once exceeded, will activate the selection of
F645.
