Maintenance Guide (Fusion Module Actuator)
Procedure
Step 1 Disconnect the upstream fuse for the FusionModule Actuator.
Step 2 Open the cover on the front panel of the FusionModule Actuator, and disconnect
the cables.
Step 3 Label each cable based on the corresponding ports on the FusionModule Actuator.
Step 4 Remove the old FusionModule Actuator from the guide rail.

Step 5 Install the new FusionModule Actuator in the correct position and connect the
cables.
Step 6 Connect the upstream fuse for the FusionModule Actuator to complete the
networking settings for the new component.
Step 7 Synchronize parameters for the FusionModule Actuator on the ECC800-Pro WebUI.
Step 8 On the ECC800-Pro WebUI, choose Monitoring > System > ECC800 > Controls >
Delete device with communication failure, and click Submit.
Step 9 Log in to the ECC800-Pro WebUI, and edit the plan view by adding new devices.
Step 10 Check the parameters and communication status of the FusionModule Actuator to
ensure normal communication.
Step 11 Turn on and then turn off the lights to check that the FusionModule Actuator
supplies power to the lights properly.

● Before replacing the fuse for a FusionModule Actuator, ensure that the upstream fuse is
disconnected.
● Prepare backup lights before replacing the fuse for a FusionModule Actuator in the N+1
configuration to avoid insufficient lighting in the data center during the replacement.
