Method
Check
whether the
iBOX (CIM)
is attached
firmly and
all cables
securely
connected.
Observe the
PWR, RUN,
and ALM
indicators.

Expected Result
● The iBOX (CIM)
is attached
firmly.
● The cable to
the PoE port is
connected
securely.
● If a cable
connects to the
COM port,
check that the
cable
connection is
secure.
● If a cable
connects to the
BCB port, check
that the cable
connection is
secure.
● The cable to
the HALL
current
monitoring port
is connected
securely.
● If the PWR
indicator is
steady green,
the power input
is normal.
● The RUN
indicator blinks
at long
intervals,
indicating that
the device is
running
properly.
● The ALM
indicator is off.
3 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
● Secure the iBOX
(CIM) again.
● Reconnect the cable
to the PoE port.
● Reconnect the cable
to the COM port.
● Reconnect the cable
to the BCB port.
● Reconnect the cable
to the HALL current
monitoring port.
● If the PWR indicator
is off, check
whether the 48 V
power cable and
connectors are
normal. If not,
reconnect them. If
so, replace them.
● If the RUN indicator
blinks at short
intervals, check
whether the
communications
cable is loose or
disconnected. If so,
reconnect the cable.
If not, replace the
cable.
● If the ALM indicator
is steady on, check
for alarms.
