is attached
firmly and
whether all
cables are
securely
connected.

Expected Result
● A smoke alarm
is displayed on
the active
alarm page of
the WebUI.
● The skylight is
opened.
● The alarm
beacon
produces
audible and
visual alarms.
● The iBAT (BIM)
is attached
firmly.
● All iBAT (BIM)
cables are
securely
connected.
● No iBAT (BIM)
cable
deteriorates
and the
insulation layer
does not crack.
3 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
● Check whether the
smoke detector or
multi-functional
sensor is faulty.
● Check whether the
skylight system is
normal.
● If the alarm beacon
produces audible
and visual alarms,
check whether the
alarm beacon is
faulty and whether
the cable
connection is
proper.
● Secure the iBAT
(BIM) again.
● Check that all iBAT
(BIM) cables are
securely connected.
● Replace the faulty
cable.
