3. Unplug the fan cables.
4. Remove the 4 fastening screws from the outside panel of the fan unit.
5. Pull the fan out of fan unit in the cabinet.
CAUTION! To prevent the fan from falling onto you, place a support (ie, a box) underneath.
6. Install the new fan in reverse order of removal.
