Installing and removing a 4-way server blade

The 4-way server blade has the same locking mechanism as the 2-way server
blade.
Turning the locking handles to the unlocked position (4-way server blade)
Press the touchpoints (1) to unlock the handles so that you can turn them
outwards to the unlocked position.

Any unused slots in the blade server are fitted with appropriate dummy
modules to comply with the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) regula-
tions and ensure sufficient cooling of the system components.
To add a 4-way server blade, you must first remove two dummy modules
from the corresponding slots.
After removing a 4-way server blade from a blade server, you must install
two dummy modules in the empty slots (see
