Switch Blade Features

All incoming and outgoing data traffic is transmitted via LAN (TCP/IP protocol,
Gigabit Ethernet). Up to two redundant switch blades provide high-speed LAN
access via multiple Gigabit interfaces. Each switch blade offers ten downlink
ports to the server blades and three RJ45 uplink ports to level-3 switches. These

Management Blade Features

Two redundant management blades allow the complete remote administration of
the whole server system. Separate LAN connections are provided to maintain
accessibility to the system even if the standard traffic network connections are
