Processor
Two processor sockets are available. One socket is occupied in
the base configuration. The sockets can be fitted with Intel Xeon
(DP) processors. The second processor can also be installed
later. The two processors must have the same clock rate and
cache size. The dual-processor system requires a multi-
processor-capable operating system.
RAM
server blade
– A offers three memory banks for memory
modules (6 slots, to be fitted in pairs).
– These memory banks can be fitted with 1-GB, 2-GB and 4-
GB DDR 2 400 SDRAM.
– This allows a maximum memory configuration of 12 GB.
