Program 41-02 : ACD Group and Agent Assignments
number, assign an ACD Group (1~64). An ACD Group number is assigned to each
Work Period number (1~8).
The assigned extension will work as an ACD agent extension in the following cases:

The trunk belonging to an ACD group receives an incoming call while an ACD
agent is logged in.
An extension calls or transfers a call to an ACD group using the ACD group pilot
number.
An incoming call is received with a DID/DISA number which is assigned as an
ACD pilot number.
