Example: If parameter value is set to 18:00:00, timed
function 1 is deactivated at 18:00 (6 p.m).
Defines the start day 1.
Example: If parameter value is set to MONDAY, timed
function 1 is active from Monday midnight (00:00:00).
Defines the stop day 1.
