8.2.1 Monthly Maintenance

Expected Result
The air filter is clean and not
blocked.
The air filter is not damaged
or distorted.
The float has no scale.
The water tank filter is not
blocked.
The compressor is secured.
The operating compressor
generates no metal friction
noise or collision noise from
inside.
The refrigerant pipe does not
leak or corrode, and is
properly wrapped with
thermal insulation foam.
Wear working gloves and
touch the needle valve and
soldering points of the
refrigerant pipe. There are no
oil stains.

Troubleshooting
● The outdoor intake air filter
(level: G3) cannot be cleaned
with water. It is recommended
that the outdoor intake air filter
be replaced every six months.
● The return air filter cannot be
cleaned with water. It is
recommended that the return
air filter be replaced every six
months.
Replace the air filter.
Clean up the scale on the liquid
level sensor when the device is
shut down.
Clean up the foreign matter on the
surface of the water tank filter.
Tighten screws if the compressor is
not secured.
Replace the compressor.
Repair the leakage points and
rewrap thermal insulation foam.
If there are oil stains, check
whether the suction and discharge
pressure of the compressor is
within the normal ranges. If the
pressure is beyond the normal
range, contact Huawei technical
support.
