Possible Cause
The fan drive is faulty.
● Any two units in
the teamwork
group have the
same address.
● The software
versions of the air
conditioners in the
group are
inconsistent.
● The sensor that
corresponds to the
temperature and
humidity control
type for the master
unit is not enabled
on this air
conditioner.
8 System Maintenance
Solution
If the drive is
integrated into the
fan, replace the fan.
If the drive is separate
from the fan, replace
the drive.
1. Change the
addresses of the
units.
2. Upgrade the air
conditioner
software. For
details, see the
section about the
mapping between
software and
teamwork versions
in the upgrade
guide.
3. Enable the sensor
that corresponds to
the temperature
and humidity
control type for the
master unit on this
air conditioner.
