Possible Cause
● The refrigerant
leaks.
● The condenser fins
are dirty or
blocked.
● The ambient
temperature
exceeds the upper
threshold.
● The temperature
displayed by the
exhaust air
temperature sensor
is different from
the actual
temperature.
● The input power of
the outdoor unit
has an open phase,
incorrect phase
sequence, or is
unavailable.
● Cables to the
indoor or outdoor
fan are not
properly connected.
● The outdoor fan or
its drive is faulty.
● The exhaust fan is
faulty.
● The supply water
temperature of the
water-cooled
module is too high.
● The water supply
for the water-
cooled module is
insufficient.
● The inside of the
water-cooled
module is dirty or
blocked.
● The water valve of
the water-cooled
module is faulty.
8 System Maintenance
Solution
1. Identify and repair
the leaking point,
and refill
refrigerant after
maintenance.
2. Clean the
condenser fins.
3. Measure the
ambient
temperature.
4. Calibrate or replace
the temperature
sensor.
5. Check the input
power of the
outdoor unit.
6. Check the cables to
the indoor and
outdoor fans.
7. Maintain or replace
the outdoor fan or
its drive.
8. Maintain or replace
the exhaust fan.
9. Check the supply
water temperature
of the water-cooled
module.
10.Check the water
supply of the
water-cooled
module.
11.Clean the water-
cooled module.
12.Maintain the water
valve of the water-
cooled module.
