Step 4 Remove the pressure inlet tube.
Step 5 Remove the screws on the top cover of the differential pressure switch and cable
screws using a Phillips screwdriver and remove the cables.
Step 6 Remove the four screws using a Phillips screwdriver and remove the differential
pressure switch.
Step 7 Set a new value for the differential pressure switch based on the nearby label.
Step 8 Install the new differential pressure switch and sheet metal, install the pressure
inlet tube, and connect cables.
Step 9 Power on the device and tap Start on the home screen. Ensure that the device is
running properly without generating alarms.

8.5.6 Replacing a Differential Pressure Switch (FDC Scenario)

Context
The differential pressure switch can be maintained from the end only after the air
filter is removed.
Procedure
Step 1 On the home screen of the display module, tap Shutdown and turn off the device
switch in the PDF.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the
screen of the display module.
Step 2 Remove the outdoor intake air filter.
Step 3 Remove the bolts from the sheet metal fastener and push the baffle plate.

Record the port position of the removed pressure inlet tube. After the replacement is
complete, reinstall the tube to the original position.
A differential pressure switch needs to be replaced.
A spare differential pressure switch of the same model is available and
functional.
