8.5.13 Replacing an Exhaust Fan

Procedure
Step 1 On the home screen of the display module, tap Shutdown and turn off the device
switch in the PDF.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the
screen of the display module.
Step 2 Remove the adjustable side panel and beam from the fan to be maintained.
Step 3 Remove the side sealing plate from the fan to be maintained.
Step 4 Cut the cable tie that binds the cable connected to the faulty fan, and remove the
fan terminal.
Step 5 Pull out the fan assembly horizontally by holding its handles.
Issue 02 (2021-04-15)
A fan needs to be replaced.
A spare fan of the same model is available and functional.
Tools: protective gloves, Phillips screwdriver, diagonal pliers, cable tie,
operation platform
